Stable, or not so stable?

The most recent MRI indicates that the liver met (3cm x 2cm) is stable, but there is a satellite lesion that has gone from 7mm x 4mm to 12mm. The message from the oncologist says I'm stable. Say what? I'll be seeing her on Monday. Figures this happens right when the T-DM1 Theresa trial closes.

I know you'll get the scoop from you oncologist on Monday; she must have a reason to call the results stable. I've learned (well, okay, maybe not completely) that if my oncologist is happy, I should be happy too.

If it is necessary, you may be able to access TDM1 via one of the EAP locations - without the 2/3 randomization. But you will cross that bridge when you get there.

Try to relax and enjoy over the weekend:)

Thanks, Chrisy. I always value your words of wisdom. Can you explain what an EAP location is? I'm not sure I know what that is.

Yes, stable is good.

Hope you continue to see improvement (shrinkage).

The FDA has been dragging its feet on T-DM1 for so long, there are other new medicine being tested quite successfully in clinical trials already.
