Delayed Herceptin

My mom 5th Herceptin treatment was delayed for 10 days and she will have it tomorrow (day 31 instead of 21)

should she a load dose?

The Herceptin data sheet is attached above. It indicates that if you are late less than a week, continue as usual but if you are late more than a week, you need a loading dose.
