Changing Profile Pic

How do you change your profice pic? There use to be a "user CP" that you went under. I don't see that anymore. When I go to my profile page, I also don't see anything that allows you to change profile pic.

Help, anyone?

Yes, Steph.......she is our little granddaughter. Number 3 of 4. She will be 3 in September. We just had our 4th grandchild in July. So happy I am here to witness all of these blessings in my life.
