What a wonderful Olympics you folks have pulled off! I have enjoyed watching the games over the past 2 weeks and find myself feeling melancholy to see them close tomorrow. The Olympics are such a nice distraction from the daily humdrum of life. Thanks for making my past 2 weeks so pleasant! Does anyone know someone who was lucky enough to attend a venue?

It has been such a treat to watch the intense competition while seeing snippets of the celebratory atmosphere in London.

I loved the placement of the venues which provided a wonderful mixture of history and modern day competition.

Congrats!!! Quite impressive.
