Gaps diet anyone?

Anyone familiar with the gaps diet? Do you have any experience with it? Good, bad?

You probably need to talk to your doctor/dietician if you are undergoing treatment as the diet has the effect of 'detoxication'. The fact that I was not able to locate any peer-reviewed article on this particular diet tells me there has not been serious study on it.
