We at " Our Her2 Cancer Strugggle " are trying to get in contact with Sen. Kay Hagan, NC. She is sponsoring a bill, the TREAT ACT, that aims at overhauling the FDA drug approval process. She seems sympathetic to breast cancer pt concerns. The lead investigator on the EMILIA, T DM- trial, Dr. Kim Blackwell, is from Duke.
Any NC constituent, particularly a bc survivor / supporter, who could get in contact with Sen. Hagans office, and get a specific person for me to talk with, it would be greatly appreciated.
