I threw my back out doing housework.
I am at a hospital rehab.

Dear Elaine -
Hope you can ease out of it with some light drugs and rest.
Never bend and twist at the same time - I learned that the hard way ...

Take care and let others "do" for you for a while.

Sorry you threw your back out - ouch! I know exactly how you feel though. I throw EVERYTHING out when I do housework....that's why I hired a cleaning lady back in 2010 when I was going through treatment and I've NEVER let her go LOL :) Hugs - hope you feel better real soon! Sandra

Thank you for all the prayers and kind thoughts.
I am still at a rehab place. I will also have pt and help with housework when I get home. I need to get one of those robots to vacumn. Smile. No more heavy housework for me.
