Does anyone have any experience with Potassium Supplements? I take Lasix which helps with the side effects from Arimidex and have been doing OK with potassium through diet for 7 years, but lately have been lagging and may need a supplement.
Appreciate any input.

coconut water and gatorade or poweraide mixed together, yogurt, bananas, orange juice, these are my favorite ways to bring up my potassium it also helps bring up your magnesium levels as well. Potssium and magnesium go hand and hand. Good Luck

Definately check with your doctor to see if you need it. This is one mineral that can mess you up if you take more than your system needs. Too much potassium can cause cardiac problems. My dr rx'ed it for me since my labs indicated mine was low. The only problem I have taking it is the tablets are hugh and hard to swallow. Years ago when pregnant I was hospitalized with preterm labor and given it in liquid form which is the worst stuff ever--comparable to Jaeggermeister times 2.
