Dear Mr. Wainer,
I'll get right to the point. As an official of our government, it is your duty to protect the rights of and ensure Americans have access to drugs that improve, extend or save their lives. The subject of my writing? T-DM1, a drug that must be brought to market now. Why? It has proven efficacy. Do the right thing. Fast-track this drug as soon as practicable. Remember the next one diagnosed could be your mother, father, sister, daughter, son, lover. In fact, it's likely that someone close to you will be afflicted by breast cancer. Believe me, you will want this drug to be available.
