radiation using gated breath technique

Hello,
Has anyone used the gated breath technique during radiation? The Swedish Cancer Institution in Seattle also calls it Advanced Breathing Coordinator. I am trying to decide if the cost of living in Seattle for 6.5 weeks is worth the type of radiation. Otherwise I commute dailies from Pullman, wa to Spokane, Wa daily for 6.5 weeks, an hour and a half commute one way. I am leaning towards Seattle but want input on the technique.

I had a bilateral mastectomy. My left breast had a invasive ductual cancer with 1/4 nodes positive. The positive node had focal local extension.
