Is anyone on Everolimus yet?

I am working on getting my insurance to pay for this for me to add to Herceptin and Tykerb. So far it was initially denied, and is in appeals. I should have an answer tomorrow. If it is no, I plan to get an independent medical review. It would help to know of others who were approved for this drug outside of a trial setting.

Thanks Rich. I had already sent all of that info to my insurance company. The appeal was officially denied and now I am going for an independent medical review with the state of CA. I will probably have to start Xeloda in the meantime though.
