Can a person be considered NED if cancer in bones?

How long will they let you stay on Herceptin down under? I heard from someone today that she was not allowed to keep on with it even though she is stage IV.

If you have any measurable disease, a person is not considered NED. No Evidence of Disease means just that, bone lesions included.

Really Steph? That sounds strange.

I have been told that I will continue with Herceptin for the rest of my life, or until it stops working for me. (meaning that cancer is back) My onc actually said she would hunt me down if I did not turn up for it!
