Gemzar anyone?

I'm still waiting for the receptor status from my liver biopsy but the oncologist is talking about putting me on Gemzar/Herceptin if it is in fact, her2+. Can anyone give me your experience on this chemo or combo? Thanks!

I am on Gemzar right now...I have no problems with nausea or S/E, just tired and it is very hard on the blood counts, especially the white cells and platelets...., I was getting it 3 wks on 1off, and now everyother week, still having blood count issues. This is the first chemo to ever really be hard on my counts....the good news is no hair loss! Hope this helps.
