Hi FOB
Wondered if the new puppy had arrived? I remembered you said it would be ready by the end of October? Would love to see some pics.

YES YES YES !!
a different pup from the one I had initially anticipated but 9 days ago I got the immense privilege to welcome her in my home and she is now family.
She is simply amazing so sweet, loving and easy going. She has really warmed my heart and definitely the best therapist/coach/guru/guide ever!
We go for long walks on the common/woods and she brings a smile to most people she crosses as she is so cute. She is tiny she was the rant of the litter and she even had to have an operation already: an hernia. she got to me 5 weeks after all her bro and sis (litter of 6) got sold, no body wanted her because she was not the usual chunky/healthy puppy. But she is totally fine now, she has the most amazing temperament already comes back when I call her, and at the puppy classes the dazzled!
In my mind the best puppy in the whole world I am totally loved up! her name is Soleille (means the sun in French)

Oh so cute! Dogs are the best, and puppies even better. I just got a new dog, too. Barely a puppy, at 9mos. Total pound puppy (stinky, thus the bath photo) with unknown heritage and unknown past. But such a sweetie and so smart it's a little scary. Can we make this a sharing dog-photo thread?
In the background you can see ancient (15+ years old) Dusty-sweet, who is looking wary of the bath, not of the new dog -- they are good friends.
I don't know how to make the photo smaller, it was hard enough to figure out how to put it on here (use the "attachment" links above, not the "insert image" one.)
We named him Moon(dog):

Oh, yippie! I am all for a puppy thread! Debbie, Moon looks to be brindle, maybe some bull terrier in him? A handsome lad!

Yes to a dog thread Debbie!
I can see that Moon has a lovely temperament too, indeed handsome. Much bigger than mine will ever get too. I cannot leave her alone in the garden as I am afraid a fox will have her! We have many around here.
