ENERGY study

I recently enrolled in the ENERGY study at UCSD San Diego.

I met with Shoshi yesterday and found out that I have volunteered to track my calories each day to help me lose weight and do an hour of cardio exercise each day.

I'm exhausted already and I haven't even started, lol.

Is anyone else in the study?
