Everyone,
I have been making this since I saw it made on the Dr. Oz show. It is super delicious.
In a blender, put:
1 banana
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk (I used fat free)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon pure almond extract
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Wonderful!!
Also of note was a papaya salad, simply made with blackberries and papaya and sprinkled with nutmeg.
