Just signed the petition along with a message. The (ex-) husband has no heart. He'd not been taking care of his cancer-stricken wife, how can he be trusted to take care of two toddlers?

Note - Hubby's high school girl friend just reponded to my FB link about this story:

"Idiot!! Even though Eric [her ex-husband] and I would never have had a battle such as this, when I was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago little did we know that just a mere 6 months later Eric would die suddenly [of a heart attack]. So what happens with these children if that happens to them? I vote the judge be flogged and removed from the bench."

I signed too !! I also passed the link on to a few people I know are interested in women's issues and asked them to sign. How dare the judge who gave custody to her ex husband because she has cancer. !!!!!!!! How dare her ex-husband too !!!!!!!!!
