Tdm-1??

I have failed Tykerb and Herceptin and would like to get in a TDM-1 trial or find compassionate use. I think a TDM-1 trial is opening up near my home ina few months, but that may be too late for me. Anyone have info on trials in the midwest?

This link into clinicaltrials.gov registry will point you to a number of evaluations that Genentech has or still is conducting with T-DM1. The ninth entry in list is the expanded trial that you indicated you would be interested in.

There is a TDM-1 EAP Trial at Rush in Chicago. I was in it but it did not work on skin mets. I am on Halaven with Herceptin, and it is shrinking mets inside as well as outside. Hope this helps.

Here, Lori ~ the link to the EAP (compassionate use) TDM1 locations... I am accepted in Denver, just trying to get my heart to cooperate so that I can get my first treatment!
