Interesting but I'm confused I thought Tamoxifen was for pre-mensual woman and AIs for post???

Sarah,

Tamoxifen can be taken by both pre and post menopausal women, while AI's are only for post menopausal women.

Seems we can't do right for wrong can we??? I was hoping to remain on arimidex after my five years are up but will chat to my onc about this.
I really can't decide if I want a heart attack or cancer hmmmm, thanks for the info!:)
