Just saw an article (link here (http://eva-news.com/health/cancer/breast-cancer-shocking-link-with-hormonal-therapies-uncovered/2821732)) confirming the link between breast cancer and hormonal therapy (and hormones in general). The study was done at UCSF and has been published online in the Journal of Clinical Oncology (http://jco.ascopubs.org/content/early/2010/11/08/JCO.2010.29.5121.full.pdf+html?sid=b3f9dc48-1229-4ad7-877f-51e633bf1453). Very interesting.
Makes me wonder again about all the birth control pills I took starting when I was 17, and the hormonal shot that I got as a teenager (my parents can't remember when) because my periods were irregular then. Oh well, too late now to commiserate about a cause, but still interesting nonetheless.
