Brain mets Help! Turned down for Temodar

I have 10 brain mets. Am so scared. They want to start me on Xeloda/Tykerb in a few days. My insurance won't ok the Temodar, which is what i want. Does anyone have any data to support Temodar that i can give them? Can you take Boswella along with the steroid for brain swelling? I want to get some, but don't know if I can take it together. I want to avoid wbr, going to a specialist Wed to see if he can do the srs with 10 mets. Please help me. I don't know what to do.
