Hi everyone,
A new Phase 1 vaccine (MVA-BN HER-2) trial (http://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01152398?term=mva-bn&rank=10) is now enrolling in the Bay Area.
A previous post (http://her2support.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=38135) by Lani talked about some updated (and good) results achieved in other trials, and a paper (http://cancerres.aacrjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/69/24_MeetingAbstracts/5089) was published in San Antonio in December.
The vaccine is fairly new, so I'm not sure if anyone else in here would have any additional information. If you do, please let me know, as I'm seriously considering enrolling in this trial in 3 months if there's still a spot available. Any info/thoughts you have on the vaccine would be greatly appreciated, thanks!!!!
