I think I feel a peasize lump

I think I feel a peasize lump on my rib just under my right breast(well use to be breast). It has been having a stinging/stabbing feeling for about a week. I just finished Chemo June 1st and am currently on herception every3 weeks and tamoxifin daily.. Could this be something or am I over worried?
Can caner come back while on herceptin? Can cancer tumors form that fast? I think I may be over worried what do you think?

I had a little lump near my surgery site that was discovered by my onc. a few months after surgery. I don't remember it hurting, but that might have been the position of it? Anyway it turned out to be scar tissue. I remember being terrified waiting to get it tested. Check it out soon so you can get answers.

It may well be scar tissue which I had too but it's still always best to have it checked out just in case.
I hope it's nothing :)
