Hey, Rich! Any supplements that promote MLK3? Thanks, Jean. I had seen this and it looks promising.

Thanks, Jean, for the article. What does this mean for those of us who are either weakly ER+ or ER-? Is the article basically saying that reducing estrogen is not a good thing, necessarily?

Hi Diane,
According to this article the researchers discovered that the protein MKL3 which causes cell death there maybe interference when taking drugs to halt estrogen.

The researchers are attempting to prove this so that can come with a drug to work with the anti hormone drugs.

It is a catch 21 right now, as someone like myself who had a high estrogen reading 90% really does not have much of a choice deciding to take an AI. If I were 1% that would change decisions.

Our bodies and how they manufacture certain proteins and enzymes are still a mystery. This protein MKL3 prove to be very vital.

Best Wishes,
Jean
