When I was discharged from the hospital Friday, a day after my hysterectomy/oophorectomy, I noticed on the bottles of pain medicine Hubby had picked up from the local HEB pharmacy. I got Hydroco[din] 500mg Sub. for Vicodin 500mg, Ibuprofen 600 mg Sub. for Motrin 600mg.

Afraid of getting the wrong meds, I looked up the Internet to see if they were just the cheaper generic forms and saw the news about the recall.

In my very weak physical and mental state, I just assumed the whole world had learned about it.

This is such a wonderful Board. I think we are in the 'Country Club' among all the on-line support groups.
