After an appeal from my oncologist I was finally approved today. I wish to thank those of you who wrote and supported me. I found this process really stressful, which is a situation that none of us need.

Hi Barbara, I am so glad you got the go ahead on this without having to wait any longer then you did. It just gripes me to no end that any of us in this situation would have to to even deal with such a thing. I am relieved to know it's been approved...thank goodness.
