I can't quite beleive this... this would be dreadful.

For example here in the uk I am bying my melatonin on the interenet because it is banned here (despite scientific research that it slows BC), which means that I could instead be bying it from a fake chinese site selling me rubbish.. does that mean that all my supplements will now have to be bought underground (much more risky!!!!). Doctors do not receive trainning on this and I like to think that people are responsible.

It does appear a bad idea I agree, I found a news report from '05 where a very forceful group were taking this to the European courts to fight it with Jenny Seagrave the actress at the helm!
I don't know how it turned out though, maybe it's only coming into force now? Strange I haven't seen it on the news reports though??

Tricia if you read first link in my initial post you will see that in 2005 they started looking at this but that now it is going ahead..interesting article indeed.

Thankfully not in Ireland Brenda, my cancer hospital is giving the correct drugs, zometa etc but we're obviously very different to the English National Health care system.
So far we're getting all you get in the US :)
