How are you doing? Think and pray for you often. Would love it if we could meet sometime. I know Sheila would try also if you were in the area.

Donna,
Thanks for asking. I just saw my onco today and he said I am doing fine. Gave me a 2-page test and decided I was a little bit depressed - prescribed a one month worth of Citalopram. He claimes that the 'modern' antidepressant is much improved than the one I had tried very briefly in 1991. So I took one tonight. The flyer claims that it will take at least 14 days to see improvement. We'll see.
He also commended on my 19-year surviving journey of brain tumors and breast cancer. I've been having a 'Love-hate' relationship with this man (he and hubby developed such poor relationship that hubby would bring me to the hospital waiting room and just wait 'out' there) that I'd come to know since 2003. While watching CNN news about the kidnapped girl (Jacee Dugar) and 'Stockholm syndrome' explained by the experts, I began to wonder if there is a similar 'syndrome' between me and my doctors.
He also wanted to test me for Vitamin B12 - supposedly has something to do with depression. But I declined since I am supposed to take multi-vitamin anyway.
Continue to be vigilant and we'll celebrate your 4th year 365 days from now.
