Susan, How GORGEOUS!!! Our family was there 12 years ago and I absolutely loved it. Did you hear any marmots whistling?

Are you getting over to the coastline at all? I HIGHLY recommend the following that isn't too far away from Olympic Nat'l Park . . .http://www.quileutenation.org/index.cfm?page=resort.cfm (http://www.quileutenation.org/index.cfm?page=resort.cfm) It is a resort in LaPush Wa., on the Quileute Indian Reservation. You can get a cabin right on the shoreline, and it is so peaceful and so beautiful.
