Well ladies and gents, I get a pet/ct tomorrow. It's been about 2 years since my last one. I did have a ct last Dec that looked ok, but my ribs have been bothering me and my new onc wants a good look at everything.
Wish me luck.

I did a quick look through a copy of the scan, and I didn't see anything that jumped out at me. Something at the edge of one lung, but have to wait for the report to see what that is, if anything. Onc visit and results in 1 week. I'll update then.
Thanks everyone.

I looked back at the previous pet scan and it had the same milky looking area on the lung, just bigger in this one. Since they didn't say anything last time, I'm assuming it's nothing to worry about. I did see a spot light up on my pelvis, with an SUV of 3.07, so I imagine it's going to be arthritis.
I'll know next Wed.

Hi Brenda, I see you got the all clear on your scans. That's great! I bet you were a bit anxious since its been 2 yrs since that last ones. Another weight lifted off the shoulders just in time for the 4th of July weekend. Time to go out and enjoy yourself...have fun...that's an order. :)
