Thanks Marie and Barb for the Birthday wishes. We plan on having a shared, Father's Day and Birthday celebration today.

I had a great pre birthday yesterday by participating in my 2nd triathlon. I trained with Team in Training in the spring and did my first Olympic distance tri in May which was with the team (very fun) and then yesterday, I did a sprint distance, which is a much shorter distance but still really fun.
