Anyone living in New York and Long Island

Hi all, Does anyone in the NY or Long Island area know any Cancer advocate groups, my mom needs help with insurance issues , pertaining to Medicare especially. Picking a part D plan. If anyone knows of such a group in my Area I would really appreciate it. Thanks !
