remifemin?

Just wondering if in the last couple years if remifemin has been more clearly stated as being safe for her2 pos, er pos women? I know there has been many a discussion about this topic. Most say its safe but anything new and updated.

I've started using this product, feel so much better within weeks. Hardly any hot fashes and the my SLEEP is totally improving(less times waking up= less foggy brain going to work)

So please if anyone knows more please share!
