combining herceptin, tykerb and xeloda

Approximately a year ago, after progressing with Herceptin alone, I began Herceptin and Xeloda. I became quite ill with Xeloda and switched to Tykerb alone for approx. 6 months. After more progression Herceptin was added to the Tykerb which has been successful for 6 months. With further progression. we are considering a lower and altered dose of Xeloda with Herceptin and Tykerb. Has anyone tried this combo?
