My Dearest Missed Family, I am back online and I cannot tell you how lost I was without you all in my daily life! I read your replies to my last post titled "I Just Lost My Jpb~Will Be Away For A While." I needed to let you all know that those posts got me through many tough moments during these last 2 weeks. I did have to mourn the loss of this job; mostly the wonderful special needs employees that I have worked with for 7 years, my co-workers and the routine. Of course I was so afraid of what life was going to be like without working. I had to use lessons learned through this cancer journey to help aid me by. Breathing and lots of faith, determination to remain healthy through this.....after all, it is just a job right?? It is true that I am off to bigger and better things in life. Rose (Rexin-G) is planning to hire me for her foundation in June if things work out, but she will surely be hiring me soon. I will post more on that foundation in the Rexin-G thread.

I realized through time that God must have some pretty hefty faith in me. He never closes a door without leaving a window open. And I do believe also that the door closes so that another one can open, I just have to answer it. I am really enjoying this time with Ed, he is getting a bit run down helping me with Joan. His Mom is still in the hospital and at one point they had to re-vent her. She is looking great though and has come so far. She will need rehab but I already have the nurses for the house lined up for her.

So I wanted to thank you all for the responses to help me get by. Whewww......talk about the pressure to find a good job. Cannot let my peeps down now....hahaha! I must let you know that I was keeping an eye on you all via my cell phone. It was then that I realized that I am addicted to this her2home and its wonderful family. Guess you cannot deny this fact when you are peeking and then charging the phone, peeking and charging. You all got me through another rough part of my life.

Thanks for missing me as much as I missed you all. Wow was it frustrating to read and not be able to respond to you. Felt kinda like I was in another room and was unable to reach out. Do not worry though, I even had visited the campfire. Oh How I Love this family. We are certainly all priceless!!>>Believe51

I didn't reply to your post about loss of job/internet access because ... I figured you couldn't/wouldn't see it. But please know that didn't mean I wasn't thinking of you, and Ed, and your mil. At the crack of dawn, three days ago, Rita caught me loading my pack on the kitchen table, stuffing it full of food and "secret" gear. "Mister?! where the hell are you going?" "Baby, Marie and Ed just need a friend right now. it's only 40 or 50 miles, and weather permitting, I'll be back in 10 days. Just lemme go do what I gotta do. " She looked at the floor for a minute, then looked up into my eyes, her eyes filled with tears of pity, and said, "go, do what you must do, I understand, but why not take your truck and be back this afternoon? Maybe I could come too...." "Sshhh, honey, that might seem like a great idea at first, but trust me, it's better and safer my way, and cheaper, too. Just think.........
