Researchers report in the February 1st issue of the International Journal of Radiation Oncology Biology Physics that the use of 3D ultrasound with the Clarity(TM) Breast System provided enhanced image information to enable radiation oncologists to better define the treatment region when delivering partial breast irradiation treatment (PBI) for breast cancer.
