I wanted to share this link, as so often wherever we are we think "most" treatment works the same way now that information is so available worldwide, and that isn't entirely true. Different places have different viewpoints, with both advantages and disadvantages.

Thanks for the info AA,I was amazed when I was dx to find my friends in the States having exactly the same treatment as I had.
I had two friends in the Uk however who had to fight for herceptin and thankfully won the right to have it eventually.
I was fortunate it was approved for early stage bc here in Ireland exactly one week before my diagnosis!
