Need Info - Email notification

I have received several emails about a problem we are experiencing with the email notification process on our website.

We have our IT people working on it but need to know the extent of the problem. Let me know if you are currently using this feature and if it is working or not working.

I have been having a problem for at least a week. I don't receive posts that replied to my posts. I also don't receive copies of private messages. Is there anything I can do to help improve the situation?

Mine seems to be fine. Thanks. But the new messages listed under the thread seemed not being highlighted as usual. Maybe I forgot that I had read them.

Joe, Mine seems to have been working fine. Although I just checked my email today and I see no new notifications for today's messages yet? But maybe they will show up in a bit.

I receive some email notifications on posts to threads I have started. There are many times when I do not receive the email notification. I think I usually get notified.
