Just a little update on me & sis...
Monday, I did my last chemo! PHEW! well at least I HOPE it is my last. I still feel yucky today, but at least it is behind me. sis is on her 10th week of taxol. she has lost her hair! I didn't lose my hair on the taxol, only the FEC did me in!
I will be getting my implants on Dec 3rd. Hopefully, they will be a little squishier than these dang expanders!
After that, I will be doing my rads starting dec 18th. Then I will only have my Herceptin to finish (June).
Sure would love to be able to diet soon and do water aerobics. I wonder if i can do those while doing rads? I need some of this weight off!!

Thanks for all the congrats, I really appreciate it! I'm waiting for the time I can start celebrating and enjoying. Right now, I'm still feeling a little green. This last round has kicked my butt!

Congrats Terri! Several of us seem to be in the same boat lately. I just had my second to last chemo yesterday, the last one coming in three weeks. I'll have Christmas off! Then lumpectomy in January and radiation after that. I know exactly what you mean about diet and exercise. I've started a swimming workout too, love being in the water, and want to start eating differently and lose about 25 pounds. Chemo really determines what you can do and eat. I too am curious if we can diet and exercise more while on radiation.
Keep us updated! Celeste
