Anyone investigated this therapy with rads or chemo?
I see NCI and Duke Uni reference versions of hyperthermia.
And Laser-Induced Interstitial Thermotherapy (LITT) appears to be a targeted approach. But I can't find a facility in the US that does LITT.

I'm currently 4 weeks into hyperthermia with radiation for my chest wall and back. Being treated in Phoenix at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital. I understand it's the only facility in Az that performs it. So far so good..the cancer seems to be retreating!!! It hasn't been too bad...altho, I've had some blistering that seems to go away pretty fast. I would recommend it to anyone, but it's the microwave sort..not the laser. I will have to ask about the laser.

What an interesting concept! Anyone else has the experience?

I finished up in september for dermal lymphatic invasion of bc. My chest wall skin is still broken down but is healing. Other than dealing with that it was fine.
