I am crying tears of joy!
They just called me with the results of my chest/ab CT....no measurable disease. Previous liver lesion not observable.

The TYKERB/XELODA/Herceptin combo kicked it's butt.

Yahoo!

Hey Ester I want to go downhill skiing with you...lets plan a trip! I'll meet you anywhere.

Woohoo! That's great news. That Tykerb, Herceptin, Xeloda combo seems to work really well for some.

Ski season is coming up soon...I have a season pass to Mammoth in CA, and Big Bear is local skiing for us.

We are also looking at Aspen, CO and the Salt Lake UT area ski resorts, as well as Lake Tahoe, so surely we can connect at one of those spots????

KK1,
Your news is so inspiring!!!

I am so pleased when members share good news because there are so many of us out here cheering you on.

Also.....I picked up on the notion of a skiing get away. I live in Colorado and have a townhome in Vail. It has 3 bedrooms and has become my retreat. I'll contact Esther and let her know that if there is interest in a getaway I'd welcome visitors.

Sooooo many ways to celebrate!!!
