Hi everyone!
I arrived at the Race for the Cure event in Evansville Indiana this morning as the survivors were getting ready for the survivor's parade. My friend told me to go get in line (I wasn't sure I was going to) and then she asked me where I was going to go - under one year or 1-5 years. At that point I realized that today is my one year cancerverary!!! I told her about that (I didn't even realize and she didn't) and went and did the parade. At the end of it, it hit me and I started to cry. I still can't believe it. The lady next to me was also on Herceptin. Wednesday is my last treatment. Wow!
Thank you to everyone I have met and learned from on this board. You are all an inspiration to me!
Love,
Beth
