After reading Robin's thread, I found THIS very interesting.

I'm going to copy this article and stick it on my refrig, Rhonda,as encouragement to stick with the cancer diet. I just love the fact this came from a biochemical pharmacology journal where they admit that drug cancer targets have been limited in the making to fight cancer. Yet, the article admittedly recognizes the value and importance of cancer fighting foods, herbs, teas, etc. that we can choose to use everyday, which is safe , nontoxic, and can be used indefinately, long term, for treatment/prevention of cancer.

PS. Whoa, did you see how many pathways that curcumin uses to prevent cancer? This is a spice/herb worth taking! However, I recommend that those taking it do so on a full stomach of food as it is a cox2 inhibitor and irritating to the stomach, where uclers may adversely form.

Thank you for the info. We should print this out and take it with us when we go grocery shopping.
