I thank you all very much. I am on the Oregon coast enjoying absolutely gorgeous weather, and great company. I will in fact have some chocolate along with my marion berry pie this evening. I don't know how the people who live here can avoid being seriously overweight as the native foods are fantastic.

Well, we ALL know that 70 is the "new 50," which is why you are doing SO well.
My hubby has the same thing going on! He is very little changed in the past few years.
