AA has always been asking questions about this.

It is noted that there is intervention in the lipid (fat) pathways by oestrogen treatments.

Oestrogen promotes fat conversion pathways.

Lack of long chain Omega 3s has been associated with higher risk of BC.

Fascinating implications from the little I try to understand.

Hopeful, very interesting article. YRS ago when I was on Tamoxifen, I remember reading or hearing that 5 yrs max was recommended because after that it may actually promote breast tumors rather then inhibit it. This was a long time ago and maybe it was a theory rather then fact.
Well one thing, if a person is on AI's long enough to experience the changing of the configuration of the cancer cell in phase II, and the indication is to be put on estrogen therapy, well right there should be our solution for those suffering from vaginal atrophy! (lol!)
