I like that you included staying mentally fit along with being physically fit. Sometimes the fighting spirit and keeping positive is just as important as being physically fit in a struggle with cancer. Maybe I'm just saying that because as Colleen's caregiver, it is something I can actually help with.

I loved that quote too! I sat in on that meeting with Dr Borges (who I was VERY impressed with by the way) and that quote pretty much said it all...
