I was wondering if anyone in the group has been diagnosed with Pagets?

Did it effect your treatment options?

I was. No change in treatment

Hi Elizabeth - yes I was diagnosed last September with Paget's disease of the nipple but I was also told that it would make no difference to my treatment. Apparently it doesn't affect the staging or grading of the disease and the type of treatment is based on the pathology of the carcinoma underneath the nipple - if there is any. Hope that makes some sense - it took me a bit to come to terms with it.

Same here. Had Pagets. No change in treatment.

They reported Paget's of the nipple in my pathology report. It did not seem to factor into the treatment plan
