Hi her2 friends,

My insurance company, Excellus Blue Crosse has informed me that I MUST NOW USE A SPECIALTY PHARMACY (MAIL ORDER) to purchase Tykerb and other expensive meds! But I DO NOT KNOW ANYONE'S OPINION OF EITHER! If you know of either of them and if they give good service, I would greatly appreciate your posting. Lida

I already filed a grievance. In the meantime I used their specialty pharmacy as directed. They filled my Tykerb - it only took 2 calls and 47 minutes on hold. Apparently their special handling consists of using UPS who heaved a mailing envelope over my front fence and landed it in my garden where it got wet from my sprinklers. Luckily my dog did not eat the package...MUCH better than my regular pharmacy where they know me by name and offer to deliver my meds at a convenient time for ME!
I HATE BLUE CROSS or whoever they are now - some stupid name - they've spent a fortune taking full page ads out in the LA Times saying "It's a new day Los Angeles" and I cannot even remember their new name. LOL. What a waste of ad dollars.
