Aw, Bellydancer, Don't feel dumb, I feel even more dumb. When I got to this site, I heard all of the the Ladies getting all worked up talking about dancing with Ned, and I thought, wow, that's real cool, when someone on this site is cleared of cancer, Joe sends out Ned, a professional ballroom dancer to wine and dine them in a 5-star hotel to celebrate. Actually, that might be kinda cool, huh?

Another dumb question.
Is there a difference between "NED" and "being in remission".
This may sound petty, but when people ask if I am in remission, it bothers me because, in my mind, it means you still have cancer but it has not progressed.
I am told by my onc that I am cured; To me, this means the same as NED.
Am I right?
