it's a sham such a wonderful site has attracted spammers but perhaps you should consider it a compliment that the site is considered so successful and important that spammers are attracted to it. Don't get discouraged. We know the scammers have nothing to do with you.

I also received one connected to 'flavonoids'. My lovely husband deleted it straight away. He is retired now but worked in computer industry for most of his working life!

Hi Joe,
I should have read farther about how to handle messages. Sophia 857 ( she seems to be changing numbers ) sent me a private message about the flavinoids. Too new and didn't know what to do. I'll go back tomorrow and delete it out.
